1. Acceptance of terms
By using the BetMind AI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the service
BetMind AI provides statistical analysis and algorithmically generated sports predictions. The information is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or any guarantee of profit.
3. Eligibility
The platform is intended for adults only, meaning users aged 18+ or above the legal age in their jurisdiction. Each user is responsible for complying with local law.
4. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are offered through recurring monthly subscriptions. Before payment, we present the selected plan, total price, currency, billing period and the fact that payment creates a payment obligation. Access is activated immediately after Stripe confirms the payment.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available in your account. If applicable law gives you a withdrawal right for digital services, contact us at [email protected]. By requesting immediate activation of the digital service, you ask us to start performance before the withdrawal period expires, and your rights will apply according to law and the stage of service delivery.
7. Limitation of liability
BetMind AI is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of predictions. You use the platform at your own risk.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for illegal activity, security attacks, abusive scraping or unauthorized distribution of premium content.
9. Intellectual property
BetMind AI content, code and materials are protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes means you accept the new version.
